Today it’s not enough for only organizational leaders to lead – everyone must be a leader. Each of us must take control, exert our personal power and move past our fears and boundaries in order to manage the workplace’s complexity and rapid pace of change.

Divided into two key components, Self and Interpersonal managements, participant’s understand their strengths, and challenges in both areas and develop concrete tools for greater personal leadership.
